Q: What’s the difference between waterproof version and non-waterproof version?
- A: Both waterproof version and non-waterproof version share the same optical system and same outlook/appearance of this binocular model. Well, in our company, waterproof refers to 100% waterproof and fogproof, meaning there’s nitrogen filled in the binoculars/scopes/telescopes. And their waterproof rate can reach up to IPX6~IPX7, which makes them operational even under water.
- For non-waterproof versions however, there’s no nitrogen filled inside the binoculars/scopes/telescopes. But they’re still daily-life-waterproof and they can survive if a small doze of water was sprinkled on them accidentally. But pls remember this: never put non-waterproof binoculars/scopes/telescopes under water, otherwise they become useless.
